Delivery

E-Tickets and Passes 

E-tickets and passes will be emailed to your registered email address (username) and can be downloaded instantly via the Shop Orders section of the website.

Full delivery details of each ticket and pass will be displayed once you continue through to the checkout area.

Please note: Not all tickets and passes have e-codes and may require physical tickets, in this case you will have to select your preferred delivery method at checkout.

 

Paper Tickets 

Collect in Person

You can pay online and choose to collect your tickets from a SPRA Office Baird St/Fettes (Subject to availability). Collect in person is free of charge. Please note we will email you once your order is ready for collection.

Please note : Shop items are only available from our HQ at Baird Street.

Please note our working days are Monday - Friday. Opening hours may differ during bank holidays or public holidays.

Police Scotland Internal Mail

You can choose to have your physical tickets/orders sent via Police Scotland Internal Mail free of change.

Order by 3pm and we will process your order the next working day (orders after 3pm on Fridays will be sent out on Monday).

We cannot guarantee a delivery time for Police Scotland internal mail. If your order does not arrive within 21 days please email spra@sprapol.co.uk.

SPRA does not accept responsibility for orders sent through Police Scotland Internal Mail.

1st Class Royal Mail

Order by 3pm and we will post your order the next working day (orders after 3pm on Fridays will be sent out on Monday).

Royal Mail aims to deliver letters the next working day (including Saturdays) with 1st class post.

1st Class Royal Mail is not tracked and does not provide proof of delivery. SPRA is not liable for any mail that goes missing or does not reach its destination.

If your order has not arrived within 14 days, contact your local Royal Mail depot in case tickets are held there. If they confirm tickets are not there, please email us at spra@sprapol.co.uk.

Delivery times may be affected by national and local bank holidays.

 

SPRA Shop Products

Items purchased from the SPRA shop are available for home delivery, Police Scotland Internal Mail and collection from the Baird Street office. 

 

Returns/Refunds

Tickets & Passes

Refunds or exchanges for e-codes, tickets and passes are only offered in exceptional circumstances due to e-codes/passes being live once received, at the discretion of SPRA management. Please email spra@sprapol.co.uk.

All paper tickets and e-codes will have an expiry date of 2-12 months upon issue. Members should check the expiry date on receipt of tickets and contact SPRA within 48 hours of receipt if there is an issue.

All e-codes, tickets and passes are also subject to attraction T&Cs.
